WHAT ARE THE UNIQUE DIFFERENCES?
Cedar Rail is a 3 story building with 100 apartments. On each floor is a lobby or atrium area with lounges. A large community
room, with kitchen hosts many social events. Private courtyards afford relaxed outdoor enjoyment.
Parkview is a 6 story building with 97 apartments. Each apartment is a short distance to the elevators. At the end of each
floor you will find a social room which may be a lounge, library, chapel, exercise room, or computer room. Parkview has a
beautiful sunspace and large community room.
Each building has a pool room, convenience store and beauty salon. The entire building becomes your home.

WHO CAN APPLY?
Anyone enjoying independent living 55 or over. There are no income limits. We serve a broad range of incomes. Our buildings
are smoke-free and pets are not allowed.
Applications can be picked up at our office. Stop in and chat with us, or give us a call and we'll be happy to send you an
application in the mail.

IF I APPLY, DOES THAT MEAN I MUST MOVE IN?
Absolutely not! Your name is placed on our waiting list. You can withdraw your application at any time, or if we call you that
a unit is available and you're not ready to move yet, just tell us.

CAN I TOUR THE BUILDINGS?
Yes! We are happy to show off our fine facilities! Just call ahead and set up an appointment. Family is always welcome to tour
our buildings.
Our apartments have a full kitchen with stove and refrigerator, living room, one bedroom and bathroom. Storage areas vary with
each building. Each resident is responsible for their own carpeting, drapes, and air conditioning. This allows you to create your
own decor according to your own taste. Bring your cherished belongings and decorate the way you wish.

WHAT ABOUT SECURITY?
Our buildings are locked 24 hours a day. An entry system in the lobby allows guests to call an apartment for entrance.
A high security lock system assures that keys can't be duplicated. Each resident has a single key which will open the exterior
doors, mailbox and apartment.

WHAT SERVICES AND AMENITIES ARE PROVIDED?
We are committed to providing services! Our services are part of what creates an environment for care-free, quality living in
your retirement years!
- Elevators serve each floor.
- Cable TV is available at a minimum cost.
- Reserved parking spaces are provided with garages available.
- A laundry room and trash disposal are provided on each floor.
- Car plug-ins are available for winter use.
- An emergency call system with pull cords provide extra security.
- The Community Rooms are available for private parties.
- A full service hair salon serves both women and men. A popular spot!
- A small convenience store is stocked with cards and groceries.
- Social activities are planned each month.
- Noon meals are available 5 days per week in the Community Room, brought in from the Aging Resource Center.
- Twice-weekly exercise class from the YMCA help residents to keep healthy and active.
- Bus transportation to grocery stores is available.
- Guest room is available for out-of-town guests at a reasonable rate.
- Mailboxes are located in lobby for easy access.
- Well-maintained grounds.
- On-site caretakers.
- Flu shots are given on site so that an extra trip to the Clinic is unnecessary.
- Nail care is available on site.
- Medical education programs are provided by medical specialists from the Marshfield Clinic and other community resources.

WHAT IS THE COST OF RENT?
Rents are affordable based on 30% of adjusted income. If you are higher income, rents are capped so that they are within market limits.

Only income from your assets is used toward gross yearly income.
